This absolutely fascinated me…Artists and designers Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla from Milan-based firm known as Carnovsky have taken your PC RGB colours (red, green and blue) wallpapers to silk and then creating a collection of three scarves. These wearable art pieces called 'rosone', 'jungla' and 'bestiario' with the added element of transparency and movement to these imprints. The printed and made in Italy limited edition scarves are pure silk peau d'ange, whereby each copy of this stunning collection is numbered and signed. The patterns themselves include primary colours that result in an intricate design adding the effect of confusion, in a good way. When closely examined, or with the use of a coloured filter, one can see that the layers tend to reveal a graphic composition of the animal kingdom.
