Karim Rashid: Float For Sancal
Shaped to work, this amazing piece ‘float’ is a sofa that is made of soft rounded, colouful shapes that intersect in order to create a single composition. Fashioned by New York designer Karim Rashid for Spanish furniture brand Sancal, this furniture features a high back with a seat which appears to be floating above the ground. Supported by curved wooden legs, the curved form of float offers the support that one needs, with the addition of comfort, style, class and a natural feel.
