Kate Moss Designed Fancy Jewellery Inspired by Her Tattoos

Kate Moss has added yet another piece to her extensive retail empire. Already putting her name to a Topshop collection, Rimmel make-up range and Longchamp bag collection the supermodel has now announced a debut jewellery line.

Launching this Saturday the 37-year-old has created 22 sparkling accessories based on her numerous tattoos - which include symbols such as anchors and stars - in collaboration with the Parisian luxury jeweller Fred.

KATE MOSS has designed a collection of jewellery inspired by her own rarely seen tattoos. The 22 styles that she has designed for LVMH-owned jeweller Fred, feature anchor, heart, star and moon motifs, and range from stacking rings to pendant necklaces. Prices will start at €350 (£304), and range to €35,000 (£30,415), for a diamond and ruby necklace.

The collection will be available in Fred stores in France on October 1, as well as on its e-boutique, at Harrods, and at the Fred store in Tokyo.

Moss has already partaken in collaborations with Topshop, Rimmel and Longchamp, but this will be her first luxury jewellery line. It won't be the first time Moss has worked for Fred though, as she has been the face of their advertising campaigns several times over the past six years.

Kate is no stranger to the brand, modelling for them several times over the past six years. She has also been the face of other jewellery houses including the American brand David Yurman.
Her ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty launched his own antique-inspired 15 piece jewellery line with luxury designer Hannah Martin at Joseph last year called Albion Trinketry featuring designs such as a silver bone necklace at £1,990.
