Like a firefly; I am drawn to the light.
           The city that indeed doesn't sleep a wink, gives my mind the freedom to openly think.                                   The endless possibilities and wings for my dreams, are reflected in the multifarious beams-
Of lights, street lamps, billboards and more, around every corner, another door-
Of chances to make my passion come true,
Adding to my rainbow, an even brighter hue.

The big apple beckons with promises to keep,
I know that in this metropolis, I will not sleep.
The time has come for my destiny to fulfil,
I feel it tugging at me, beginning to pull.
I'm going to embrace this chance, and take a shot;
My only promise-to give it all I've got.

So as I embark on this chapter, for which I long,
