Electric Airplane “Panthera” by Pipstrel

The new and unbelievably magnificent Pipistrel Panthera 4-seater aircraft has been unveiled at the Aero Expo in Freidrichshafen, Germany. This solid plane can take to the skies at 200 knots of speed and consumes 41% less fuel as compared to anything in its range. It can be ordered with a standard, albeit highly efficient gas engine. But is also available in an all electric model, which can cover a distance of 400km on a single charge. It's slick, streamlined design includes a state of the art battery system for the environmentally conscious high flyers, the inner includes a touchscreen aviation instrument, front seats that look like they were taken from a luxury sports car and back seats with storage space for luggage.
