I am a big believer that if I work on myself to become better, I then have the power to change the way I see things and stop trying to change everyone else. The discomfort I am feeling is My discomfort, and only when my judgment morphs into compassion will my view start shifting.
I believe that all of us have been given 5 graces (gifts):
The gift of Thought, The gift of Free Will, The gift of Action, The gift of Love and The gift of the Spoken Word.
There are so many equations out there I figured I can also have one, here goes...
“FREE WILL allows me to choose a THOUGHT, I COMMAND my ACTION and LOVE my creation.”
These 5 gifts are all very important, but the one we have to be the most gentle with is the 'Spoken Word', because it seems to me that no one says what they mean and merely expressing an opinion makes us automatically “intelligent”. We have perfected our unconscious sentences, that have allowed us to be accepted by our group of choice and silence has become an uncomfortable stranger.
All I am saying is that every time you utter “ I AM” let it be followed by words like Beautiful, Open or Generous. And allow these words to carry a bigger meaning for you in your life.
'I AM BEAUTIFUL' means that you have been created so perfectly that one can only say WOW!
'I AM OPEN' means you are ready for whatever is coming into your life, because you have a deeper understanding that whatever it is it must be dealt with so you can get to your next level.
'I AM GENEROUS' actually means I AM full of kindness, allow me to give you my open heart.
And if all this is just too much for you, all I ask, is next time you say I AM, don’t be afraid to say something powerful!!

Mellou! You write so beautifully! Poetic prose that doesn't try to be, is a goal all we writers aspire to. Yours come naturally - and it is BEAUTIFUL & OPEN &GENEROUS - and you exercising your free will to inspire us with your actions, is exquisitely powerful indeed! "We have perfected our unconscious sentences ... and silence has become an uncomfortable stranger." is a sentence I'll always wish I'd written :-) Too good!
