As self-confessed coffee connoisseurs, we are able to verify that illy has fine tuned this art as we’ve previously revealed on our blog in “Cappuccino Secrets Revealed”  and we are in love with the flavour.

The brand has attached an idyllic romantic notion to drinking coffee as is seen in their latest commercial entitled“Discover”, which fills our heart with enthusiasm of that which is still to come… “Discover” - The possibility of travel, European travel perhaps…of meeting a debonair man in a foreign country whom inspires you…That time can stand still in a moment of joy…that life is to be lived, and lived in abundance. We love that sometimes just one sip is enough and that illy makes us long for making more memories.

We also love illy’s Art Collection and what their “Latest Can” containers look like. The illy Art Collection which first started in 1992, stems from the idea that art can enter the lives of people through a small object of daily use. This particular design was created by Alioum Moussa. Moussa is an eclectic and multidisciplinary artist from Cameroon. This new piece of art was inspired by his experience at Cittadellarte - Pistoletto Foundation in Biella. The can represents the contrast between Cameroon, the home of the artist, and Piedmont. The result is an energetic, lively décor, with warm colours typical of Africa, blended with colder colours, representing the European continent.
