As the end of the year approaches, We find ourselves reflecting on the past year. Have you ever thought about where you are and where you’re going?  How fast time flies is a whole other beast on its own.  Soon we’ll be hearing Christmas carols coming out of our ears and shopping up a storm with the festive season on the back of our heals.  It all makes me want to sit back, shift the upcoming “silly season” out of my mind and wake up to smell the coffee.

If you have a slight obsession with great coffee, as do I, you may be interested in doing “The Excellence on Coffee & Cappuccino Course” which is offered by the Universitas del Café of illy in South Africa, Johannesburg.  It is a full day course which involves hands on training and will teach you all you need to know in preparing the perfect cappuccino, every time!
