It has come to my attention that everyone thinks that they are normal and everyone else is a little off...myself included. In “Melpoville” I am a normal person and I rule my world accordingly. The people around me are from a neighbouring planet and they seem to do things a little different.

They worry about things they can not control, like ageing. There are more anti-ageing products on the market than basic keep your face clean, simple products. There seems to be more people having plastic surgery than necessary - corrective surgery. On my planet the only thing we can control is our emotions and our outlook towards life. Ageing for us is wisdom and we love the process of it all.

Poor people are starving and their primary objective is to eat to survive. Middle and upper class people are also starving to survive the Jones's syndrome. On my planet in the eyes of the rich and the poor, you are all magnificent.

Even though everyone is trying to be an individual and look a little different, they are all aspiring to the same material things, of the latest trends and must haves, and end up looking the same..? In "Melpoville" we don’t hide the light in our eyes.

They spend more time thinking about what they are going to wear, and when they reach their destination, they worry if they look good enough. In my world we don’t think, we just do what’s best for our experience - it is not how I look it is how I feel.

They are looking for the “love” of their life and spend the rest of the time criticizing and trying to change them???. What I know is the heart is full of love and when I pay attention I am overwhelmed by it. Look from inside out and you will see what I mean.

They want money to be free and then become slave to it, always wanting more and fearing not having enough. I have the same problem in "Melpoville", but what I am realising is that I always seem to have what I need.

They aspire for more but want to do less. Everyone wants to change their world, but refuse to change their daily 'routine' conversations in their minds.

I know "Melpoville" sounds like it is a far away planet - my family and friends remind me of this often - but this is where life makes sense. We might all live on our own planets, but the thing is our planets are closer than you think, all we have to do is make them turn in unison.

Melpoville is the planet to be on! But until we get there, sometimes visiting Shaamiville is quite an experience (for short periods only) It spins faster than most planets..Its colourful and entertaining, funny and sometimes disturbing, but the beauty of this planet is its AGELESS!!!
