Everyday we have the power to choose. Choose to wear a frown or a smile. Choose if we want to be noticed and wear something appropriate or choose to walk in silence and wear our undercover clothes. We can choose to be kind or choose to be selfish.

Everyday we have the opportunity to be larger than ourselves. The gift of choice has been given to every single one of us.

It is inspiring when you see kindness, especially from a girl that is misunderstood; or a man that carry’s anger; a women who has lost her voice; a person that has lost their way.

It is a tragedy when a man from Oslo decides to kill 93 innocent people and injure just as many. In our heads we can justify anything. This man believes that he has done something necessary. The simple truth is... he chose. I choose not to mention his name I will not celebrate his victory. I will weep for the souls that were denied life...may you rest in peace.

I choose to keep my faith in human kind, because for every choice that is made against life there are a million other people that keep choosing life.

I too choose similar choices Melpo. I choose not to mention the man's name either, other than to say I have sailed amongst those beautiful islands in Norway, and I weep for the those young souls, whose country stood for peace and tolerance, who proudly hold the museum of the Nobel Peace Prize awards, how mighty each of our choices are, how profound or harmful they can be. My heart sings with faith for all the human kind who make beautiful peaceful and kind choices every minute of every day.
