The new Magnum Temptation print ad campaign is an explosion of flavour. They showcase explosions of colour and flavours in rich, vibrant and effective prints with the use of detonators, small explosives, high speed trigger and flash photography at speeds of up to 1/2000 of a second.

The photographers, Diver & Aguilar were commissioned by a Spanish advertising agency Lola, to explore the wonders of this concept.

Magnum has developed a technology that allows them the opportunity to include liquid filled chocolate into their ice-creams. This development is a new forming process that is based around continuous extrusions that allow for shaping three dimensional photographs whilst fashioning the inclusions.

The calculations can be fed into a computer in order to predict the exact moment and depth of the explosion or effect that they wish to generate. The results, a world of tantelizing chaos that could only be calculated through planned technical aspects.
