A trend that has taken it's time to reach SA is the Cold shoulder top. I have recently only started seeing these items at stores like Jay Jay's and Mr Price (unlike being around for almost an entire season abroad)

The Cold shoulder can be dressed down in denim or tshirting fabric but also looks great for evening wear, with higher end stores and boutiques now designing Chiffon and sequined options.
