Gabriella Wilde and Roo Panes star in Burberry’s ad campaign for Fall 2012, with its rain soaked streets and fog-smudged backgrounds-it is a homage to Britain’s gloomy weather. Bailey stated that "We wanted to play with everything that's at the heart of the Burberry world – celebrating our brand and London through imagery, film, music, weather and our iconic outerwear, all in a very poetic and British way," chief creative officer Christopher Bailey said of the images, which were photographed by Mario Testino on the campus of Greenwich's Royal Naval College. "We shot the series of cinematic, emotive black-and-white images and short films with the incredibly talented Gabriella Wilde and Roo Panes, who effortlessly bring the campaign and our collections to life across all of our platforms." Even though the campaigns short films won’t be released until later this season, we have given you a sneak peek at the Fall 2012 images.
