Just work through it?... sounds like some upper middle class manager trying to get some hack to do the job so that s/he can tell his/her boss that s/he is better than s/he is because that's the way it is in this/that business. Keep working and soon you will be in my/their position. "Whatever you do just keep working...my kids need something to take over when I'm dead".
