THE TASK

It all began when PARISTEXAS opened its doors in the spring of 2011 with an entirely new outlook to the shopping experience within the heart of Copenhagen. Exclusivity is what takes this fashion store to new heights by focusing on specially selected designer products for men and women. The collection of the store is unique, like a symphony that has been composed of a number of international, trendsetting, underground brands, only exclusive to PARISTEXAS themselves. The concept involved the creation of an identity that breaks the traditional thoughts behind them and by having an extension that supports a sense of unique, international exclusivity and underground style.

THE SOLUTION

What’s in a name? Well in this name…plenty! Innovation, Identity, Fashion, Style and so much more. Paris and Texas have been joined in order to create this simple, effective and classy logo. The colour of the brands palette is flexible and changes according to the stores collections. So boredom of logo's will never take place…bonus! The stores symphony of collections are juxtaposed with the essence of underground styles whereby the instruments are joined with earthly insects. The ultimate solution that has been reached…well in my books, is the breaking of the traditional perception that society has about beauty and fashion and challenges the classic approach to working with identity. The primary focus is on the element of identity and through this, the name on the logo and the insects are a symbolic aspect to the universe that has a life of its own. I am definitely inspired...Time to head to S.A. guys!
