A: I struggled with my own hair for many years. Even though it was quite long, it was very thin and unmanageable. I wished for hair that was thicker and easy to work with and so my relationship with hair extensions started 15 years ago.  I first used keratin bonded strands that are glued into the hair, then I moved onto the micro-ring strands but I felt that these were quite damaging to my own hair, and the maintenance was expensive and exhausting.

Q: How do you maintain the “health” of your clip-ins?
A: The extensions are designed to fall into place and create a layered effect so minimal styling is required. You can use sulphate free products on the extensions to extend their lifetime, however many of our customers use their usual styling products on the clip-ins with no problems.
