We all get so caught up in our daily lives that we forget to connect with our city, the people we love our friends and family and before we know it a year goes by and we haven’t seen each other!! Love is a reason to celebrate.

Picnic en Blanc with a Touch of Red on the 5^th May in Johannesburg on a Roof top in the CBD is exactly that! An experience of fabulous memories to be made, from the time you get your invite, gather your friends, get your outfits, your tables and on the day…The location details on a sms.. It’s about a magical journey!

How do you prepare for Picnic en Blanc with a Touch of RED. Here is some inspiration from other events internationally and of what I’m doing.

- Dress fashionably white with a Touch of Red! Be funny, be elegant and do dress up! Yes, its Autumn so wear something warm for later..

Here’s what I’m packing:

Drinks: (or instead of carrying it around I’ll buy some at the location)
- 1 bottle champagne
- 1 bottle of red wine
(convivial imbibing and sharing is encouraged)

Table setup:
- 1 picnic bag
-1 white tablecloth
- Vase with Red roses
- Candles, Sparklers
- 2 garbage bags for cleanup

Tables and Chairs 

Bring your own or like me I’ve ordered through Sam sam@ehirejhb.co.za, will be delivered to the venue when I arrive I will go pick it up and set up.

Food

On the day all dressed up you bring all your things (if you have hired/ordered it will be at the venue for you) Start setting up the tables and chairs, set up the tables.. eat, drink listen to the Jazz bands and … have a magical time!! Based on the Parisian concept.
