Nestled in the Blu Bird shopping centre, duo powerhouse Toni and Mazz, a formidable mom and daughter team are the creators of  LULALU'S. We got chatting to them and they offered us a closer look of Lulalu's.

How did the idea to start Lulalu’s come about?
My mother Mazz and I, wanted to work together. We both have a love for fashion and we wanted to merge the young and more sophisticated fashion energies into one space. We wanted to share our love for fashion and style with our customers and friends.


What are you most passionate about?
I’m passionate about people, and about how people feel in my store. I get so much pleasure in knowing that a client purchased what they love from my store.It’s all about the personal touch and relationships with people. I want my customers to feel at ease and comfortable.


Favourite item for winter this season?
I would have to say the high leather knee boots, the red or brown leather jacket and the grey or black winter coat.

What is your brand philosophy?
It’s about experiencing the brand, through all your senses.
The visual is the clothing, the scent is from the candles that we source and the salts, the sound is the atmosphere and the friendly chatter with my clients.


How do you choose what to buy for the store?
I buy whatever i love and whatever attracts me. I then source the supplier.
Local and international. I’m on way to Dubai now for three days to get some inspiration!


What is the fashion vibe in your store?
It’s a combination of feminine vs masculine and punk rocker vs elegant.
It’s all about good taste, timeless classics and trendy fashion items.
It’s a lifestyle experience that translates into what you wear and feel sexy or comfortable in.
