FITE (Financial Independence Through Entrepreneurship) is an amazing initiative which empowers female entrepreneurs to start or grow a business by giving them access to small loans.  It is an unprecedented partnership between Dermalogica and Kiva.org whose goal is to help 25 000 women over the next two years.
