Dimitri Huffy Stavropoulos, designer and founder of Huffy jewels, was born in Athens in 1973. He was trained as a goldsmith near his father, at the 40 year old family workshop.
Huffy’s approach in jewellery conception is profoundly personal. He regards jewels not only as decorative elements, but as unique design pieces. Extremely passionate about his work, he constantly searches for inspiration drawing upon all aspects of everyday life: the emotions, the mood, the weather, the events...the fluidity of life. His work is multi-faceted and includes personal jewellery collections, design objects as well as bespoke jewellery for fashion shows and fashion editorials.
