I read the saying somewhere, “Find what you love doing and do more of it”, my mind immediately jumped to freezos.

I have one everyday, the enjoyment that it gives me is up there with a plane ticket in my hand or a head massage at the hairdresser-okay maybe a plane ticket trumps all others because it usually means a start of another adventure. Let me replace that with a great song on the radio allowing me to sing my debut. The next thought I had was - too much of a good thing could turn bad fast. If I have more than one freezo apart from nausea, I will have have a lot of nervous energy from the caffeine, wanting to climb the walls like spiderman and not being able to, resulting in disappointment.  Head massage is fantastic, but if I had more than one a day it would turn into an uncomfortable battle with self wanting to get up and physically harming the hairdresser as if under attack. And lastly when your amazing singing talent turns your friends and family against you, wishing to convert your room  into a dungeon and throw you in it. As you can see all these thoughts were before my freezo...

Eureka!! after having my freezo I realised that maybe "Find what you love doing and do more of it” actually means, find joy in this moment, because this moment affects your next one. By being “injoy” you automatically love what you’re doing... so lets do more of Life.
