Shoelosophy notes: There is a new documentary and I can't wait to see it.
"God Save My Shoes" is the first documentary film to explore the intimate relationship women have with their shoes.
This film features Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik, Dita Von Teese and many more celebrities.
Check out the trailer below.
The documentary was exhibited at the Paris theatre in New York last week. In the film, style Icons from Christian Louboutin, Dita Von Teese and Kelly Rowland chat about their relationship with the stiletto. Rowland admitted to naming her shoes like children, but confessed to being a bad mother for forgetting her "children's" names. The film was also filled with fun facts stating that the average American woman purchases 7 to 8 shoes a year fueling the 40 billion dollar shoe business.
"A shoe tells who you are."- Fergie from the Black Eyed peas.
"One of the reasons I wear high heels is the way it changes your body, it's more flattering and that's fact."-Dita Von Teese.
Every week a new production diary is released and Shoelosophy will bring them to you first.
Take a look at some of the amazing designers featured in the film.
