This Brazilian shoe manufacturer is responsible for a whole new fashion philosophy. Caring for style,beauty as well as the environment, the range goes "green", with shoes created out of recyclable materials including Melflex a type of plastic providing extra comfort. So versatile-wear them to the beach,or with stylish outfits just like Katy Perry does!
Creative director Edson Matsuo has collaborated with designers from all over the world including the Campana brothers(Brazilian designers), Judy Blame (British jewelry designer and designer for Louis Vuitton), Karim Rashid (Egyptian designer) and Zaha Hahid (Iranian architect). The greatest surprise however was when Vivienne Westwood added her touch designing unique and original shapes.
These "Plastic Dreams" have been featured in renowned magazines such as New York Times, Frame, Arc Design, Interni and many others.
Shoelosophy notes: This exciting footwear range is available at TWO in Parkhurst, Johannesburg. They received them yesterday and in the words of Caren Walman, co-owner of the store,"we are so excited to finally have the shoes here... they are amazing in the flesh and so gorgeous on".
The prices range from R499 (for flat pump)- R 1399(for high boot). Go try them on, apparently they smell nice too.
