Tips for an Ergonomic Sitting Position:

1)Use the full depth of the seat

2)Keep your upper body in an upright position which forms an angle of approximately 90 degrees with the thighs.

3)Adjust the seat so that the angle between the thigh and lower leg is about 90 degrees.

4)Feet should be flat on the floor.

5)Adjust the spring tension of the synchromechanism so that the backrest follows your every movement and provides effective support in every position.

6)It is better to be slightly reclined, helping to relieve tension from your lower back.

7)When sitting back, make adjustments to the seat pan to reach a comfortable position.

8)The pan should extend about 20mm on both sides of your legs, without applying pressure to the back of your knees.

Now who says sitting comfortably isn't easy!
