The pillars of great British classics permeate through daywear; city-boy pinstripes and boxer shorts collidewith charming floral dresses (to be welcomed at any fundraiser). Relaxed tailoring is juxtaposed with a romantic softness. Mannish shirting adds crispness, with statement details: exaggerated French cuffs, collars and oversize drop shoulders making them a roomy complement to a lean tailored trouser.

Estate sale flourishes, like the smooth haired leopard car coat or a twinkle of gemstones hint at bygone grandeur but worn with modern nonchalance.

A non-precious take on garden party style sees an exclusive collaboration with Wedgwood. Two of their most memorable designs - Wild Strawberry and Jasperware - sensually update our heroine’s tea-dresses. Less maiden aunt, new details include plunging deep V-necks, daring flashes of leg and fluttering georgette sleeves – accentuating a youthful prettiness.
