Vichy is proud to announce that Thando Hopa, full-time legal prosecutor and part-time model, is the face of their latest sun care range, Capital Soleil.

Discovered by SA designer, Gert-Johan Coetzee, a few years ago, this South African born albino model is among a growing number of albino models gaining international recognition and changing perceptions about albinism.  With brands such as Vichy on her side, the fight to educate people becomes a lot easier.

Sunscreen is a must for all races in our South African climate and Vichy is taking charge by helping us realise this.  Vichy Capital Soleil with its filtering system and photostability offers protection against UVA and UVB rays.  Their formulas contain filters recognised by dermatologists.  It’s imperative that people with albinism apply sunscreen of the highest available sun protection factor says Vichy and they have up to a SPF 50 for sensitive skin, helping us fight the damaging effects from the sun.
