From the creators of Cornutti, there is a great new eatery on 4^th in Parkhurst, Stella e Luna! It is the new baby from Jacquie and Piero Carrara – seasoned restaurateurs with exceptional foodie pedigree (named after their middle names from their two daughters) This is my new favourite place for pizza. And a perfect pizza it is. 

Their new pizza oven churns great new pizza, full of flavour, and with just the perfect amount of cheese and base. 

The décor is fab – its small, intimate, with tables, booths and a stunning bar – reminding me of GOLD – The Dolce Gabanna bar in Milan. 

In addition to outstanding pizzas – they have a great concept of Cicheti – Venetian Tapas, where the dishes are made for sharing and enjoying.  Great lengths have gone into pairing these Cicheti with wines, which are sold by the glass or the bottle, to perfectly complement their small plates. We have been there twice in the past week since opening, and both times the clientele are an International European crowd, mixed in with the trendy Parkhurst residents.

Next time I need a take out Pizza, I luckily have Stelle e Luna’s phone number on speed dial.
