On Saturday night I was invited to the The Sunflower Fund's Annual Charity Ball at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton. I was with Melinda Bam (Miss South Africa), Lushwill Rossouw (Bar-One Manhunt Winner 2012) and Taryn Louch (passionista blogger). The room was filled with generous hearts and support for the Sunflower Foundation. They Auctioned off artwork, 2 business class tickets to London and an Amanda Lard Cherry dress with Europa Art shoes to match. The MC Krijay Govender was witty and delightful she had us laughing and entertained. The Afro Tenors were sensational and Caitlin the Electrical Violinist was superb. Ray Funnell (leukaemia survivor) had us in tears with his strength and courage.
