“Food is not a nice-to-have, it’s a need-to-have: a basic need that can be turned into an expression of creativity. It is our nourishment – it gets us started in the mornings, keeps us going, and is the perfect way to end a busy day. It is also a discipline requiring application and balance. – Sophia Lindop
Secret Dinner on the 23rd November at Sophia Lindop's home was an experience with guests from movie producers, property developers, life coaches, fighter pilots.. quite a combination to entertain but the common goal was good food and Sophia definitely had it.
