Japanese artist Motoi Yamamoto has created these incredible salt labyrinths. The origin of his encounter with salt goes back to the winter of 1994. When he was 24, his beloved sister passed away. This experience of sorrow from her sudden passing led him to the creation of a series using salt, which is also used in many Japanese rituals.
