Now that we are over fussing about who designed Kate's dress, I will unveil, through a secret source within Buckingham Palace, what her wedding shoes looked like.

Ok, jokes aside, according to the Daily Mail, “The matching wedding shoes were hand-made by the team at Alexander McQueen and are made of ivory duchesse satin with lace hand-embroidered. Though hidden, her graceful walk would suggest the heels were low.”

The lace pattern (not shown but similiar to the above Alexander McQueen shoes) matched the lace on the wedding dress and was hand-embroidered by the Royal School of Needlework. It is said that, to make the lace, workers washed their hands every thirty minutes to keep the lace and threads pristine, with the needles being renewed every three hours to keep them sharp and clean.

Shoelosophy notes:

For the benefit of Her Majesty's Secret Service - I am crazy about them and she looked gorgeous. Actually, she did look gorgeous.

Staying with the Royal Wedding theme, other than Pippa (Kate's sister),only Posh and Becks made an impression on me.

Posh is wearing a pair of Louboutin Daffodil Pumps. Heel measuring 6,5"inches with a 2,5"inch concealed platform.

These were also made in leopard skin.

Shoelosophy notes:

It amazed me how much attention Posh and Becks received on entrance - learn to sing and kick a ball and viola! Love her shoes -and her continuous smile!

Not mad about the leopard print above, never have been a fan of animal prints. As for Becks, very stylish on the day.
