Personally, I have an absolute, and I mean absolute fascination with eyes and lips. Not only do I feel that they are an amazing and sensual aspect to any women, but when it comes to the creative process of art, design or photography, one can literally do anything with them. For example, Rasmus Mogensen’s lip series…totally Wow! Since the age of 8, Mongensen’s dream of becoming a photographer was quite apparent and at the age of 17 he had his first photo exhibition…Quite impressive! Born and raised in Copenhagen, Paris and now partly based in New York, Mongensen has been working as a professional fashion and beauty photographer for the past 15 years. So far he has captured images for the likes of German, Australian and Russian Vogue, French Elle, Marie Claire, Harpers Bazaar, The Sunday Times Magazine, Jalouse, L’Officiel and Wallpaper among many others.


Mogensen states that: “Photography is for me a search for harmonious shape and composition. What keeps me going is the fact that a creative career is a never-ending evolution in the search for a perfection that does not exist. I love the fact that there is always something you can become better at in the process.”
