I love my skincare ritual, it’s my “me” time, but I have to admit that primer is a step I usually skip out, as once I have moisturized my skin, my makeup is very quick and easy (less is more!) and I’m usually out the door in about 5 minutes. I’m also fortunate that I don’t have many skin issues, such as acne scars ot texture that could possibly benefit from a thin layer of primer.
However, I was intrigued when Filorga came out with the new Time-Flash primer- to my knowledge, the first ever by Filorga! And because they are serious about skincare, this had to be a goodie…
What Filorga says:
It’s a double-action primer that provides an instant smoothing effect along with the added benefit of long-term anti-wrinkle treatment.
Lift Action
This unique new formulation contains 3D-polysaccharides which link together with hydrogen and adhere to the skin’s surface to instantly form a continuous, tightening film that restores tension to the skin tissue, for an immediate lifting action.
Blur Action
Silicon elastomers provide a filling effect, thus helping to blur wrinkles and visible pores providing a softy, silky finish.
Smoothing
A multi-correction anti-wrinkle complex containing ingredients inspired by aesthetic medicine help to provide a long-term, anti-ageing effect on the four different types of fine lines and wrinkles:
What I thought:
I tested this primer for a few weeks and I really love how it gives my skin an absolutely flawless finish. It’s super melting formula glides on easily- you only need a pea-sized amount. I applied to the cheek area near my nose, where pores are more visible, on my chin and nose and middle of my forehead. It’s best to leave it on for a few minutes before applying BB cream or foundation. It smells gorgeous and makeup seems to last a lot longer and doesn't settle into fine lines.
This is great for normal to dry skins, with the added benefit of anti-ageing ingredients. Big plus!
