Yesterday saw Jozi take to the streets for the Nike We Run Jozi. Over 20 000 eager runners joined the Nike Team as well as Poppy Ntshongwana from 5FM for a morning filled with sun, fun and 10km of road and eye opening scenery.

The race commenced from Katherine Street in Sandton, into the township of Alex and the ended, for the first time ever, on the M1 highway near Grayston.
It was hot and tough, but super worth it. I loved every minute and will definitely be participating again next year! I even got a medal to prove it!!
