Shinsuke Takizawa, an apparel designer from Tokyo, started the brand “NEIGHBORHOOD” in 1994 after being inspired by the surrounding culture of motorcyles.  The concept of NEIGHBORHOOD is “basic clothing created by digesting unique interpretations of elements from motorcycles, military, outdoor  
and also suggesting this lifestyle.” This is the base for all products and projects, which NEIGHBORHOOD is involved with, and always lives in the themes for the seasons.

He recently revealed a collaboration with adidas Originals and the classic Stan  Smith sneaker which has already become a fast-seller after being launched early January.  The sneaker consists of a brown leather upper, tan leather interior, and off-white sole and is finished off by white laces and graphics on the toe, heel, and tongue, giving it the NEIGHBORHOOD treatment.
