While many stylish individuals furnish their homes with designer wares, Missoni Home is taking the concept one step further. The Italian fashion house is partnering with Filipino real estate developer Century Properties to design the interior decor and amenity spaces of a condominium building in Manila. This isn’t the first time Century Properties has looked to the runway for inspiration; it recently collaborated with Versace Home to design The Milano Residences, which are already 75% sold.

Missoni Home is not new to commercial real estate. It designed the Hotel Missoni line with Rezidor Hotel Group, with hotels open or opening in Scotland, Kuwait, Turkey, Omanan and Brazil. But the collaboration with Century Properties marks the first time the fashion house is venturing out into residential real estate. Century Properties recently collaborated with Versace Home to design The Milano Residences.
“Our brand is an experience of happiness, excitement, beauty, creativity, style and elegance,” said Vittorio Missoni, a shareholder in Missoni S.p.A., in a statement. “We create our own style from the seasons of nature and we play with colour; life is more beautiful with colour.”
