Mary Katrantzou a London-based designer is rising through the accessory world by being one of London’s biggest emerging fashion talents. Featured here is the collaboration with her and the well-known stunning French label "Longchamp" for a collection of Eastern-influenced handbags.

Designed with the pure vision of “When East meets West”, the line endures Katrantzou’s signature decorative aesthetic and includes an array of totes embellished with Eastern-inspired motifs such as orchids and paper lanterns. The Greek-born creator was announced "Emerging Talent Ready-to-Wear" winner at the British Fashion Awards back in November of 2011.

Not only have handbags (pre-exclusive launch scheduled on January the 23) become a thing of Katrantzou’s trendy life, but she has also created a 14-piece collection of dresses for British high street retailer Topshop, which will be released in February.
