A hotel that is on the lips of many, will make an appearance in Qatar very soon.
It will be a semi submerged resort named “Amphibious”. The project of the hotel was designed by the Italian company Giancarlo Zema design group, which specializes in yacht, houseboat and semi-submersible architectural structures.
The estimated cost of the project is at a whopping $ 500 million. The complex of the hotel will include residential buildings, offices and marina with a modern bay. Within the central tower there will be a restaurant that will offer exotic dishes in addition to stunning panoramic views. Guests will be able to stay in the semi-submersible suites that have open views to the underwater artificial reefs, which will go by the name of “jellyfish”. The territory of the hotel complex will be used as a bay for electric vehicles and small aluminum boats with hydrogen engines.
