Catherine Emily's vegan journey began whilst travelling through California a few years back. "I was shocked to discover the large number of obese and overweight people living in the USA, and it was whilst residing there for 5 years that I was introduced to a diet of plant based foods and witnessed the wonderful concept of living a healthy, “meat-free” lifestyle."

It has since then become her dream to educate people on the benefits of living a healthier lifestyle and choosing a better way of life.

Apart from being delicious and nutritious, Loving Nature Foods aim to:

There are numerous health benefits when choosing a vegan lifestyle and the end results are worth it, if not only for you and your body, but for the planet too! I have recently adapted this new way of life and have never felt better. The food is not only healthy, it is tasty and delicious too!
