If there were fashion shows in France in the 17th century with designer clothes, then this is what it would’ve looked like!.........................................................................................................

This shoe is part of the Marc Jacobs Fall 2012 collection, inspired by Louis XIV footwear, showing off the square toe element with jewelled buckles and extended tongue combined with the aspect of high and low block heel.

Designed by Roger Vivier, these shoes were featured from Catherine Deneuve in Belle de Jour.
