Learn how to make a Italian ice cream drenched with rich, aromatic illy espresso!

Ingredients:
illy espresso,
vanilla ice cream,
whipped unsweetened heavy cream
Instructions:
10 oz FREDDO GLASS
1. Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the serving glass.
2. Prepare 2 oz or (2 shots) espresso into a 3 oz pour pitcher.
3. Pour espresso over ice cream.
4. Top with 3 oz whipped unsweetened heavy cream.
5. Serve with a spoon.
VARIATIONS:
Flavored iced cream or gelato
Chocolate (Affogato con Cioccolato)
Caramel (Affogato con Caramello)
Hazelnut (Affogato con Nocciolo)
Strawberry (Affogato con Fragola)
or any flavor that goes well with coffee
Optional: Dust lightly with cocoa powder or shaved chocolate
