A lady that needs no introduction, one of the most beautiful models to grace the South African and international modelling scene, Kerry McGregor.   

Tell us a bit about your passion for modelling?
-Favourite shoot you ever did? Wow, tough question. Probably French Marie Claire or SA Sports Illustrated Swimwear cover in 2000
-Your favourite photographer? That’s also a really hard one to answer –the photographers I have worked with- I have more than one but Anton Roberts, Ross Garret and Jacques Weyers (to name but a few).
-What has modelling taught you? To believe and trust in myself and find balance in my life –I feel I have achieved that:)
-Worst moment in your career? When I was in Paris (a long time ago),I was young and a photographer tried to push me into shooting something I wasn’t entirely comfortable doing so I refused. He wasn’t very happy with me which made it a rather difficult day to complete!

How do you balance kids and work? Juggle baby!!! I have help so I’m very lucky and I make it work as best I can… it’s not always easy but so far so good!!

Yoga or gym? Both!

Tell us about your blog? I try my very best to update my blog and, hate to admit it, don’t do it enough!! If there are people out there who want to read it, I love to talk and tell stories so I hope they keep checking up and I will promise to write more often!!

We read on your blog that you went on a girlie holiday to the South of France, tell us about it: Wow, it is a must-do holiday. I’ve experienced France, but never like that and it was such a beautiful holiday. - so rich with experiences. Nice, Ville Franche, Antibes… I will definitely go back and very soon!!!

Tips on how to keep in shape? Everyone’s bodies are different. They change after children and so on… so, do the best you can in moderation!! I try gym 3-4 times a week – twice with a personal trainer a day of yoga and a day or two of cardio. Eat the right things at the right times and things start to slowly fall into place!! Slowly! :)

Your best beauty secrets? 2 litres of water a day and always take your make up off before you go to sleep!!!

What’s in your bag at all times? A fab Aussie product for my lips called Lucas’ Papaw ointment and gum.

Beauty product you use? I use the Nimue range – fantastic!

Coffee: I don’t drink coffee ;) - but I hear Vida rocks

Sundays: My parents house for a braai
Breakfast: River Café at Constantia Uitsig

5 things that make you smile? My family, freezos, F.R.I.E.N.D.S (the sitcom), food and a great sunset.

What is your motto in life? Life’s too short for the bullshank – live it and enjoy it now!!

If you could eliminate one human emotion what would it be and why? Jealousy – because really for most people, it’s the hardest emotion to suppress…

Any regrets? I don’t like to look back and regret… can’t be changed so don’t worry about it!
