After a successful first ‘comeback’ season, the Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra is guaranteed to put a spring in your step with its Second Symphony Season at its musical home, the Linder Auditorium in Parktown.

 Classical music lovers will be spoilt for choice with a feast of piano and violin concertos ranging from Rachmaninov to Rossini, from Mendelssohn to Mozart and Saint-Saëns to Sibelius, amongst others.

 With eminent conductors such as Yasuo Shinozaki, Daniel Boico and Adrian Prabava and celebrated soloists Jan Hugo (piano), Luis Magalhaes (piano) Matthew Trusler (violin), Francois Du Toit (piano), Polina Burdukova (cello) and Yura Lee (violin), this exciting season is one you cannot miss.

All concerts are held at the Linder Auditorium, 27 St Andrews Rd, Parktown.  

Time: 8pm. with free pre-concert talk at 7.15pm.

Booking for all concerts through Computicket or at the Box Office on the night.
