I AM obsessed with weddings and romance and love and FASHION (of course) and when my husband gets tired of hearing all about it, I turn to my blogs. Even though I am married, I love to help my friends and their friends and so on, figure out how to save money on their wedding without sacrificing style. These are a few things I've learned in the last few weeks...

1) Look for your gown online

There are SO many great deals online when looking for a gown. I LOVE shopping online - I don't have to spend hours in the store, wait in lines, wait for help, go back to return it, etc. I just order, get it in a few days and return if I don't want it (all from the comfort of my own couch). Sites like usabridal and davidsbridal are just a few of the shops I've found that are easy to use and aren't as pricey.

2) Learn About Your Flowers

Flowers are SO expensive. So find out what is blooming in your area at what time of the year and choose from this selection. It's a supply and demand thing, if there are more of one flower than another, they will be cheaper.

3) Borrow or Rent as Much as Possible

From jewelry to chairs, go home with as little as possible! Renting items can cut your prices in half and you don't have to store these things that you will likely never use again. You will be shocked at the things you can rent and at the money you will save. Another plus, they usually deliver and set up anything that needs constructing.
