CINQ MONDE(Gommage Aromatique aux Epices)-AROMATIC SCRUB WITH SPICES

I was shopping for a present for one of my girlfriends and I was looking for something luxuriously special for the body. I walked into Metropolitan in Sandton City and I spent half an hour smelling and trying out all their incredible products, fit for an Egyptian goddess.

I came across this beautiful white glass jar with burgundy writing on....and i was already intrigued....I had to know what was in this jar.

Adapted from an ancient ritual from the island of Java, it is an exceptionally deluxe aromatic scrub with spices. Its blend of Sea Salt and Almond Powder has an exfoliating action which purifies the skin, whilst Vanilla Oil and Carnauba Wax soften the skin.  Cinnamon and Nutmeg Oil helps you relax and re-energise. Your skin regains its radiance.

The scent of this scrub is so captivating on its own that I’m so glad this range has a sumptuous Body Oil of the Orient with the exact same fragrance as the exfoliator.

Well you can guess the rest! I bought myself the body exfoliator and the body oil, and forgot about my friends present.  I thought to myself if this product is as good as it looks then she will get one too!!

When I went home to try this sensuous product, which had me sold already from the packaging and then the smell, I slowly opened the box frightened that my expectation of the experience would disappoint me.

This product comes with a burgundy rough mitt and when you use the exfoliator you use it together with the glove. My skin felt moisturised, pampered and new and the oriental delicate fragrance is hypnotising. If I can tell you to buy any exfoliator and spoil someone with it as well as yourself you should get this.  It is a true ritualistic experience.

My Tip: Run and get it from Metropolitan in Sandton or Melrose Arch.

Okay seriously: Use twice a week in the shower or bath, massaging it into the entire body and concentrating on the rough areas (e.g. elbows, heels).

Oh by the way I went back and got my friend a jar as well....
