Now this is an unsual place to see cupcakes. 
Commissioned by TV show 
ITTEQ (whose previous assignments include a mosaic of the Mona Lisa out of toast),
Laura Hadland from the lip-smacking bakery managed to fashion a masterpiece in 7 days, by using 10,000 vanilla sponge and buttercream cupcakes and 14 different shades of icing that were a precise colour match. The cupcakes were prepared and baked in the Crumbs and Doilies kitchen in Wandsworth in South West London and then transported to the High Cross Shopping Centre in Leicester.
