Friday night lights bring out the diva in me.  I slip my dance shoes on, my little black number and hit the streets of Jozi for a night filled with high hopes with my besties by my side.  The preparation time to sprucing up is unfortunately not that entertaining to me for someone who’s always struggled to get the best from her locks, there is no bigger treat than having a professionally styled hair do.  The rest, make-up and personality is no challenge :)

The familiar Sorbet Beauty Salon franchise has just launched its very first and oh-so-chic Drybar in Dunkeld, Johannesburg, specializing in 8 different “blow out” styles.  They don’t offer cuts or colours, just quick-in and quick-out blow-drys for the ultimate in convenience.  You can too still get your nails done but the aim of the game is to walk in with the just got out of bed hair look and walk out with Kim Kardashian styled hair, the nails being an added bonus.

A flat rate of R140 per blow out no matter the length or texture of your hair will secure you gorgeous looking hair in no time.  The menu to choose from is as below, my fav is “The Honeycomb”….you know what they say, “the bigger the hair, the closer to heaven.”
