Alexa Meade paints on human beings to make them look as though they are acrylic paintings! Once she has painted her models, she photographs them either in a natural setting or against a painted backdrop. This particular piece was created at the Irvine Contemporary Gallery in Washington D.C. last week. A pioneer in her own right, Meade truly pushes the boundaries of art to another level.
