PICNIC EN BLANC WITH A TOUCH OF RED

Be the 1^st to experience Jhb’s pop up dinner on Saturday the 5th of May. We wanted to have a dinner experience with all our Cape Town friends so on the 25^th February 2012 in the Company Gardens, 68 encounters hosted its 1^st.

Basic step by step info:

• Tickets:- Cost R250 per person this is for the band, security, permits, etc. -  Maria Vasco mvasco@worldonline.co.za
• Table and chairs: - bring your own or HIRE it from sam@ehirejhb.co.za  Sam 011 2625774 and it will be delivered to the location. Prices: Chairs R32 per chair. Tables 6 – 8 seater R38; 10 seater R50. DELIVERY is R30 per order. (pls check with Sam for quote)
• Food:-  bring your own or HIRE a basket with crockery, plates, glasses, etc. Manuela -  alberton@dialapicnic.co.za  083 601 7135 (you can’t take the basket home with you) R300 per couple
• Décor:- bring your own white linen table cloth and napkins (we won’t supply these for you) bring non-disposable plates, glasses, utensils. No plastic please. White balloons, flowers, lanterns, sparklers and be creative.
• Wine, beer and water can be purchased at the event you can bring any NON- alcoholic drinks no other liquor allowed.
• Dress:-  fashionably in white with a touch of Red (fashionably: no tee shirts, shorts, sneakers).
• STARTING TIME is 16h00 SHARP (location given on the day of the event).
